3D Vehicle Scanning
Blue-light structured scanning of the full body, engine bay and interior. We deliver a watertight mesh you actually own — STL, STEP or native CAD — plus a photo-textured digital twin.
We digitize your vehicle down to 0.04 mm, design the body in CAD against your exact geometry, and hand-lay the fiberglass. Wide-body conversions, bumper kits, aero and one-off panels that bolt on like they left the factory that way.
One continuous chain of custody from the physical car to the finished part — no guesswork, no “universal fit,” no grinding a kit into submission on install day.
Blue-light structured scanning of the full body, engine bay and interior. We deliver a watertight mesh you actually own — STL, STEP or native CAD — plus a photo-textured digital twin.
Surfaced in Class-A CAD directly on your scan. Fender flares, splitters, diffusers, ducts and full conversions — checked for clearance, tire poke and panel gap before a gram of resin is mixed.
Track-width increases from +25 mm to +110 mm per side, designed around your wheel and suspension package. Riveted or seamless-blend variants, with matching rockers and arch liners.
Front and rear bumper redesigns, lips, canards, ducktails and rear wings. Mounting tabs and OEM crash-beam interfaces modeled in, so it hangs off factory hardpoints instead of zip ties.
Hand lay-up in the shop: chopped strand and biaxial cloth, vinylester or epoxy, with foam or plug-pulled molds. Carbon and carbon-Kevlar hybrids where weight actually matters.
Once a design proves out we cut tooling and run repeat parts. CNC-machined plugs, production molds, and short-run manufacturing for shops that want to sell the kit, not just wear it.
Four gates. You approve renders before anything is cut, and every part is verified against the original scan before it leaves the bay.
Vehicle goes on the pad. Full-body structured-light pass plus targeted detail scans of every mounting surface.
Point cloud registered and surfaced. Your kit is designed on the twin, then rendered in your paint code for sign-off.
Plug is CNC-cut or printed, mold pulled, parts laid up, trimmed and gelcoated to a paint-ready finish.
Finished part is re-scanned and overlaid on the design file. Deviation report ships in the crate with the hardware.
A sample of body programs that started as a scan on the pad. Hover a card to run the plot.
Scan-derived flares, vented front bumper and a rear diffuser tied into the OEM crash structure.
Full-vehicle archive scan; discontinued valance and arch trim recreated from the mesh and re-tooled.
Production program: plug machined, mold pulled, now running as a short-batch bolt-on kit for the shop.
Splitter, canards, side skirts and swan-neck wing package. Balance tuned front-to-rear before layup.
Programs already tooled and in production. Everything below was designed on a scan first — fitment is verified, not assumed. Model-specific variants quoted on request.
